What people ask before booking.

What's the minimum group size?

10+ people works best. Below that, we usually just do it as individual orders and skip the team store. Upper limit? We've done 100+ person school orders without breaking a sweat.

How do payment options work?

Each person at checkout picks how they want to pay — Cash App, Venmo, or credit/debit. No collecting money yourself. No spreadsheet. We handle reconciliation on our end.

What if a parent gets the wrong size?

We replace it. Custom sizing is one of the few things that can go wrong even with our process. When it happens, we make it right at no charge.

Can we add more people after the deadline?

Usually yes, if production hasn't started. Late additions get produced in a second run at the same per-piece price.

How long does production take?

Usually 1.5 to 2.5 weeks once the deadline closes and we start producing. We quote three weeks to under-promise. Rush turnaround possible for tournaments and events — tell us the date.

What if someone doesn't pay by the deadline?

Their order doesn't go through. We only produce paid orders. If a few people miss the deadline, we can extend it briefly — just message us.
